The love of my life, Kelly Clarkson, will be releasing her newest album this November, I couldn’t be more stoked!!!!!

Ryan Tedder, front man for OneRepublic, and songwriting mastermind behind Leona Lewis’ Bleeding Love, is a hugely successful songwriter working in the industry with such artists as  Jennifer Hudson, Whitney Houston, Rihanna, Daughtry, Bubba Sparxxx, Mario,James Morrison, DJ Tiesto, Beyoncé, The Pussycat Dolls, etc. etc.

And he worked extensively with Kelly on her new album. He spoke with ABC news radio this week and they reported the following:

OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder did quite a bit of work on Kelly Clarkson’s forthcoming CD, and when asked to describe it, Tedder told ABC News Radio, “The sound is, in a word, amazing.” He added, “She was talking about how she thinks it’ll be better than any album she’s put out so far. The last song we did [together] is my favorite song I’ve done since ‘Apologize’ or ‘Bleeding Love’ or whatever. It’s very haunting.” Tedder raves, “I’ve never been more excited about material that I’ve worked on with any artist, to be quite frank.”

Saying the sound of the record is “all over the place,” Tedder explains, ‘She’s gonna have really aggressive, in-your-face rock/pop, but she’s also gonna have orchestral, Mozart moments of classical rhythmic stuff. It’s great.”

I can’t wait!!!!!

Also in November I just purchased tickets to her 2 Worlds 2 Voices tour in Bridgeport, CT. I’m thirteen rows back. Bring on the jealousy!!!

This is just krazy. American Idol Exec. producer Simon Fuller has just announced that the show will be adding a 4th judge next season, in the person of Kara DioGuardi. Dio Guardi is a very talented and accomplished songwriter, artists that she’s written songs for include: Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Avril Lavigne, Britney Spears, Pussycat Dolls, Celine Dion, Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, Carrie Underwood, Faith Hill, Santana, Ashlee Simpson, Jewel and Kylie Minogue.

So. Yeah. She got game.

But seriously, do we need a 4th judge?? Don’t the shows already run way over?? I don’t know, man…..

a week late on this…

But I just got around to watching last week’s Hills season premiere…. god, it’s the most anticlimactic show on television but I can’t help but kind of love it a little. Nothing happened in the episode really, Lauren has roommate drama, Spencer’s a complete prick with no redeeming qualities, and Heidi proves again that it’s all empty below those golden locks on top of her face. God. I hate Heidi Montag. But I love LC!!

I’ll be watching again tomorrow. Of course.

4. Her album “One Of The Boys” is pound for pound one of the best pop albums of the past 5 years. Every song is awesome, every song is marketable, and she shows loads of personality on it. Her uber popular I Kissed A Girl may actually be one of my least favorite songs on the album, that’s how much it delivers. Get it!
